Avocado Dessert

This dessert idea is so easy, quick and healthy at the same time. I’m a busy person so most of my cooking is quick all you need is:

–          Ripped avocado x 2 (best organic)

–          Medium banana

–          Organic cacao powder (use as much as you require)

–          Peanut butter 1tsb

–          Almond Butter 1tsb

–          Dates x 5 (soaked in half a glass of water for 10 min)

–          Milk – half a glass (coconut, almond, hazelnut)

–          Fresh or frozen fruits (I used frozen)

Blend all ingredients together put in a tin dessert and keep in the fridge until you eat it all.  It’s really tasty. If you like really sweet desserts you could add maple syrup or agave syrup or honey if you not vegan.

 Health benefits

Avocado – Contain Potassium, Heart-Healthy Monounsaturated Fatty Acids, Loaded with Fiber (for bowel health)
Banana  – Contain Vitamin B6, Manganese, Vitamin C, Fiber, Potassium, Biotin and Copper
Cacao powder contain Magnesium(fortify your bones and muscles) , Calcium, Zinc, Iron, Copper, Potassium and Manganese, Protein, Fibre, Vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B9, E, Flavonoids and essential heart-Healthy fat:  oleic acid a monounsaturated fat.
Peanut butter contain protein, potassium, fiber, healthy fats, magnesium, Vitamin E and antioxidants
Almonds butter contain Healthy Fats and Fiber
