OMG this is so so easy to make. I just made them. They taste delicious and I’ve to share this recipe with you.
All you need is:
- 200g walnuts
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 2/3 cup pitted dates
- 2/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground star anise
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 2 tablespoons water
Combine all ingredients in food processor.
Process until sticky and slightly crumbly.
Roll dough in your hand to form small balls.
Roll the balls over dried coconut flakes, chia seeds, sesame seeds etc ( optional)
