I’ve been craving healthy salad for a few days now hence I checked Fully Raw app and found this.
It’s really Delish 😋 so why don’t you get up and make it too 😁.
You will need:
For the salad!
- One large romaine lettuce 🥬
- 300g cherry tomatoes 🍅
- Cucumber 🥒
- Half cauliflower, finely chopped
- Romano peppers
- Mint and basil leaves
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 medium courgettes
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 lemon juice 🍋
- Parsley leaves
Here is how to make it:
- Chop and dice all ingredients into a large bowl of your choice.
- Mix them well
- Blend all ingredients into a high speed blender. I’m using vitamix!
- Pour your hummus onto your salad!
You can also add some salt and pepper and sprinkle with any nuts/seeds of your choice.
I served mine with falafels.
The salad is really gorgeous. I’m definitely going to make it more often.
