I know it’s only day 3, but I’m noticing that it’s much easier to stay without food until 12pm.
I don’t know if it’s thanks to the weather or what, but I feel like the time is passing nicely and I’m not hungry at all.
This morning I did a workout with Kelly from Fitness Blender (check them out, they have lots of free workouts). It was hard, and I was sweating but that’s what I want right?!
I can say it was hot and successful day. The only thing I noticed so far is my stomach is flatter when I wake up 😁.
I’m not sharing my food pictures today as I didn’t take any. Instead, you can have a selfie. 😁🤣
