I’m going to keep it short and sweet today as it’s late, and I only just managed to sit down to write.
I was so busy today that for the last few days I’ve only managed to eat twice.
During my busiest hours, I was lucky 🍀 enough to take picture of my breakfast.
I had strawberries 🍓, blueberries, homemade granola and coconut cream 🥥 🌴
I also started a 7 days chakra challenge which involves daily yoga for a week and meditation 🧘♀️.
On top of that, I’ve received my fitness plan from Vegan 🌱 PT Dungubook, and I’m so excited to start it tomorrow 😁.
For now that’s it. It’s late and I need to sleep 😴 to have energy for my baby girl Vivi and hardcore workouts 😆🤪.
