Day 17 – Say ‘NO’ To Sweet Treats!

Before I let you know how my day went, I want to tell you what my daughter did today!

As we put the fruit basket on the floor for her to play with, she picked out an apple 🍎.
She then took the apple and crawled to the kitchen. I was intrigued, so I followed her. She reached the spot where we normally use the juicer.

She stood up holding the kitchen draw door handle, turned around, looked at me and handed me the apple.

I had a feeling straight away that she wanted apple juice!

So I picked her up, pulled the juicer towards her and asked if she wanted apple juice.
In amazement, she shook her head in an excited manner, which I took as a yes.
I placed the juicer in its designated spot, sat her next to it and passed her the washed apples.
She then placed them in the juicer. She pretty much made her first apple juice! 😊🥰

Another sleepless night! 😫 I think my baby is teething!!! I was so tired in the morning and all I dreamt of is one good nights sleep!

I woke up late, hence I didn’t work out, as my partner had to go to work ☹️. During the day I went out to the city to get a few bits and bobs, and by the time I came home it was over 10000 steps, so I’m happy that at least my step count is good enough!

I still have a few days before the end of this week, and I’m planing to work out everyday to make it 3-4 days.

I just want to tell you that I’m doing very well staying away from all kinds of sweets and treats!
I feel so much better about myself and so much stronger mentally. To be able to say no is a huge thing 😁 and I do it with ease now!

Comment if you can say ‘no’ to sweet treats!

Have a good night my loves!
